6. Intellectual Property

The Advance Media retains all rights to our proprietary methods, strategies, and materials. Client-specific work and results belong to the client, while our general methodologies remain our property.

• Your Property: Your brand assets, content, and campaign-specific materials
• Shared Property: Collaborative work as specified in service agreements

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information and will not disclose sensitive data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

By Client

You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Prepaid fees for incomplete work are non-refundable.

By The Advance Media

We may terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or other violations.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will provide transition assistance for 30 days and deliver completed work products.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Advance Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Third-party platform changes or restrictions
• Results beyond our reasonable control

10. Disclaimers
